I had an 8:30 appointment to assess an issue with the radio. I arrived early and there were only two of us in the arrival area but it took several minutes before anyone came to me. For several of those minutes I was the only one waiting. The assessment conclusion was that a software update would like take care of the problem. I didn't get my car back until very late in the day for a software update from an 8:30AM appointment. There was no explanation offered as to why a software update took all day.

My first time bringing this particular vehicle to this location, may have been here many years prior, but it has been at least 10 years maybe. First of all, I do not understand the reason for an appointment if when you arrive you still have to wait to be assisted. Nothing is ever clear, a few grunts and a lot of "someone will be right with you" comments for a total of 20 minutes. My appointment was at 12pm, I arrived at 12pm, waited in my car for 20 minutes until I was helped, not sure when my vehicle's service began. I was quoted 2 hours for completion, luckily it was just over 2 hours, and the service person came to find me. Not a terrible experience, much better than O'Rielly, but there could be some improvement with checking customers in.

Only complaint is that Chevrolet emailed me that car had arrived at dealer and 48 hours later dealer had not yet contacted me so I called them and they had no idea that particular car was for me. It was delivered 14 weeks later than tentatively promised when ordered it on Feb. 3 2025

When I picked up my vehicle at glance it looked good. Once I arrived at home and had a chance to inspect the entire vehicle, I notice the application of the paint protection was not entirely wiped off, water spots over 30% of the vehicle and even bug debris still on the front hood. I was also informed when I purchased the vehicle that the first application of the interior and exterior was applied. According to the invoice, it states “1st application”. I have called and emailed the dealership to confirm this l but have yet to receive a response. I have taken my vehicle to the dealership prior to this incident and have had nothing but pleasant experiences.

The salesman needed more training. He had limited knowledge of the product and of the actual process of completing the sale. New salesmen should have an experienced mentor to shadow them during the actual sales process. I had an appointment made to pick up the car . This was a cash deal. The vehicle should have been prepped and ready to go. A simple transaction ended up taking approx 3 hrs. The vehicle orientation was lacking. The salesman was rushing to get to another customer. I am going to have to make an appointment for someone to go over the software as it is very extensive. All people were very friendly. Being better organized would be a plus! Corrections had to be made on the paperwork. Also the vehicle had less than a quarter of a tank of gas. I am a life long Chevy owner. I knew what I wanted. However if I would have been an owner of a different brand I would have not purchased the vehicle. Salesmen are so important!!! They can make or break a sale.

I've always had good service at Watson but this one was a bit of a disappointment. I came for an oil change but was advised to get the fuel line cleaned or something like that. Never any advice on the cost. It was almost $500. And I never got good advice on the transmission. It was at 75% but filter was 8%. Should I have changed that? Don't know the range of acceptability. No communication about this issue. And most disappointing: I wanted to get my Google Map running with sound. Guy worked with it and said it was fixed. NOT. That was one of the reasons I came in. So a couple days later, I'm short c. $500, don't know the issue on the phone/navigator issue and don't have a clue what to do about the transmission. Here are my expectations: a service consultant who explains everything to me, including the potential cost and time line (I was there over 2 hours) and solves my issues, which I drove 30 miles to occur. When I came back to the car, the plastic was still on the seat and the paper on the floorboards was still there. While I paid, that was taken out but it should have been taken out before my car was returned. In short: a disappointing experience and not up to the standards I've enjoyed in the past from Watkins.

Appointment was on time. Got tranny filter changed. Service writer was gone when I picked up the Vette but he called to confirm it was done. Five hours of labor and the car wasn't there 5 hours. Okay. Asked cashier to explain bill but he had no clue what it means. Okay. Service okay and nice waiting room. Not as crisp and responsive service as it was back in 2017 when I bought my first Vette. Okay. Things happen. Things change. I'll keep coming back though.

When the service department was finished with the service on my truck they parked it at the entrance to the service department's lanes. I went to the cashier and asked if my truck was done. I was told it was done but that it would be another 5 to 6 minutes before the paperwork was finished. After about 10 minutes went back to the cashier who walked me over to the service advisor. Service advisor was defensive and said he looked for me in the lounge area. And then showed the cashier that the paperwork was indeed done. After paying the bill I went to get in my truck and the plastic barrier was still on the driver's seat and paper floor mat was still on the floor of the truck. I removed them and put them in the trash. Next I noticed that the previous service reminder tag was still on the inside of the windshield and a new one placed to the right of the previous tag. Which was in my line of sight on the windshield. I removed the previous service reminder tag and re-positioned the new tag where the previous one had been.

Horrible experience. Poor communication and my SUV was supposed to be done within 24 hours and work was not completed for 3 weeks. Had to call multiple times for status updates with no return calls as promised. One part was delayed ?? However, I will not be returning to this dealership ever again. I do not recommended. Sad, we only received our sub after leaving several messages on the service managers phone.

1pm appointment. Work BEGUN at 2:30 pm. 45 minute oil change. I waited twice as long to have work begun was it took to do the work. This needs to change! Unacceptable customer relation atmosphere. Nice waiting room - but FAR TOO LONG waiting. Service customers MAY be car buying customers, but not with this dis-respect for customers time.
